My Story

Hi there! I'm Clarrence Leo — a 24-year-old Singaporean student studying Political Science at the National University of Singapore, set to graduate in 2022. My fundamental interest lies in exploring the intersection between tech and the policy sphere, most particularly in the trust & safety space. I'm also passionate about sustainability and tackling climate change because they are arguably some of the world's most pressing issues we face today.

With the world currently changing rapidly with each passing second, I aspire to use this site to pen down many of my thoughts about various issues and passions, with the hope of driving a small but significant change in this chaotic world.

In my free time, I try to enrol myself in relevant courses and projects such as Python, SQL and Tableau to constantly stay relevant in an increasingly data-centric environment.

I also regularly post content on LinkedIn, with the broader goal of relating my personal experiences to people who may have struggled with similar issues during their college years or the job search process. Having benefited from countless mentors and inspiring content creators on LinkedIn, I wish to pay my way forward and help those in need too.

Offline, you can probably find me immersing myself in one of Singapore’s very limited nature spots, or heading to the airport (not to jet off), but to hang around at our famous Jewel attraction.
